New sculptures to shine at Central China's Lankao

A seminar about enviromental culture and art attended by scholars and local officials was held on Sunday in Lankao county, Central China's Henan Province.

The meeting aimed to explore the use of low-carbon materials in sculptures and how this new trend will change the art industry.

A total of 30 such sculptures by artists from Beijing, Xi'an and Chengdu are on display in the county to inspire locals to pay more attention to contemporary art and maintain respect for life and nature.
