One of China's top design events, Beijing Design Week, hosted a special Night for Design on Friday, which aims to award creative designs and offer a platform to showcase these creative ideas.
As a top platform for urban and industry designs, the annual design week has played an important role in the design industry as well as acted as a communication platform for young promising talents.
According to the organizing committee, the event will expand design when it comes to the Perspective of Well-being theory in the areas of science, history, culture and poverty relief.
The night also saw showcases of cartoons and posters depicting the Chinese people's fight against the COVID-19 epidemic.
A total of 50 new designers have been contracted to the Gift of Beijing brand, which produces various creative tourism souvenirs for Beijing.
